How much does each session cost?

Psychotherapy sessions cost $120 per hour. Depending on your heath insurance coverage, some or all of this cost may be covered by your plan. We are able to offer a reduced fee to those in need. Please call us to discuss any questions you may have.

Will my insurance cover the cost of therapy?

We are currently a participating provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Cigna PPO.

For those with other health insurance plans, services may still be covered in full or in part, at the out-of-network rate. Please contact your health insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.

If you would like to utilize the out-of-network benefits of your insurance plan, we would be happy to help you with the process of submitting the claims to your health insurance provider. You would be responsible for paying the full cost of service at the time of your session, and any plan benefits can then be payed out to you by your insurance provider in the form of a reimbursement check. Please make sure you have called your insurance provider to understand your plan benefits and any limitations that may apply. Some plans require written approval from your primary care physician in order for services to be covered.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require notice of cancellation a minimum of 24 hours before a scheduled session. A late cancellation, or missed session, will be billed at the regular session rate of $120.

How do your Telehealth sessions work? Do I have to download anything?

Our Telehealth solution is secure, HIPAA compliant, and easy to use. There is nothing to download. Simply sign in to the Client Portal at your scheduled appointment time, and you will find a link to start the session with your therapist. Still haven’t set up your Client Portal, just give us a call at 847-260-9396 and we’ll get you registered.
